Attorney Mohammad Abuershaid is the founding partner of ALL Trial Lawyers. He is the lead attorney handling the firm’s juvenile dependency practice (CPS defense). He has counseled and represented hundreds of parents against Child Protective Services (CPS), Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), and other social service agency investigations. Attorney Abuershaid has fought for and protected parents in juvenile dependency cases in numerous counties in Southern California, including but not limited to, Orange County, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Riverside. Mohammad Abuershaid is highly equipped to handle juvenile dependency cases of all severities, including cases involving allegations of general neglect or negligence, failure to protect, severe physical abuse, positive toxicology results in infants, sexual abuse, fractures or broken bones, head injuries, and trauma.
As a family law attorney with a decade of experience, I approach complex family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and asset division, with a steadfast commitment to ensuring my clients’ interests are protected while minimizing emotional stress. DUI Defense and Criminal Defense lawyer Daniel P. Flores has defended well over 2500 DUI and criminal cases throughout Los Angeles, Orange County and Riverside and San Bernardino County in nearly 15 years as a lawyer licensed by the State Bar of California. He is also a member of the California DUI Lawyers Association and has been certified and trained to administer the NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. This is the same training that law enforcement receives in the academy on how to conduct a DUI investigation and arrest.
Daniel Flores has argued and won motions to suppress, motions to dismiss and successfully obtained not guilty verdicts for his clients after a jury trial. Daniel Flores is considered to be an elite trial lawyer in criminal and DUI defense throughout Southern California.
Growing up the son of an Orange County deputy district attorney, Ryan always knew he wanted
to work in the field of criminal defense law, and he started to make that dream a reality when he began attending Western State University College of Law in Orange County. Shortly after graduating and passing the California State Bar, Ryan began working for a traffic ticket defense firm where he defended numerous traffic infractions, misdemeanors, DUI cases, and DMV administrative per se hearings. Over the past nine years, Ryan has handled thousands of traffic citations and misdemeanor matters, has successfully gotten cases dismissed, and has negotiated positive resolutions with police officers and the Orange County District Attorney’s office.
Serena Karina Pelenghian is an Armenian first generation college and law student from Arcadia, CA. Serena received her Bachelor of Arts in Critical Theory and Social Justice at Occidental College. She is currently a 3L at Chapman Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she leads several student organizations and research projects. Serena has vast experience in juvenile dependency, as she clerked for The Honorable Robert Gerard, and later worked with minor’s counsel.
She is committed to clients and looks forward to being a future juvenile dependency lawyer soon.
Kendra Lopez is a Case Manager with nearly six years experience in the Personal Injury field. Through her acquired knowledge in the field, she has aggressively advocated for the rights of injured workers. Kendra has an impeccable rapport with clients due to her ongoing commitment to maintaining a high level of communication and transparency. Kendra has helped recover millions on behalf of injured workers.
Kendra enjoys cooking, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family in her spare time.
